  • We had a great time. Thank you for your service! I like motsunabe. :)

  • The food wasn’t bad. However, when it comes to service, it was a completely disappointing experience. One particular server seemed visibly bothered while doing her job. Every time we placed an order using the tablet, nothing came out promptly, and we had to call the staff again and again. What made it more frustrating was that this kind of attitude seemed especially directed toward foreign customers. For example, we noticed that a table that appeared to be Japanese was served green peas that weren’t on the menu — something we didn’t receive at all. I spoke with the manager about the customer service, He just kept saying "sorry," but he didn’t seem genuinely sorry. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re a foreigner or not fluent in Japanese. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had in Japan. This was my first and last visit.

  • It was a really delicious dinner in Fukuoka Japan. Actually this is my first time to have Japanese Moch Nabe. I ordered Miso&Korean spicy miso based Nabe. I think this is more good for Asian people. And if you are Western or Europe then, I recommand you to choose soy sourve based Nabe. ^^b P.s Don't forget to order Noodles and cheese risotto when you 70percent of main pot finished!!!

  • The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The motsunabe was juicy and worth a try no matter what. I am not sure if there’s a time limit for our meal or what, the staff repeatedly asked if they can serve the last food of the course, which was noodles while obviously we were still in the middle of enjoying the motsunabe (not even an hour into the meal yet) and would like to order more. Of course they asked politely with good manner using google translate (we English speaker). Apart from that the restaurant is recommended and it is a popular one even for the local, so you are suggested to make reservation instead of walk-in.

  • One of the most delicious motsu nabe restaurants I have tried. There are different varieties of soup, and the course set comes with noodles and dessert as well as mentaiko. However, you must have a party of at least 2 to eat here. Motsu and soup refill is also available!

  • Motsunabe Tashu is a must-visit for hotpot lovers in Fukuoka! The rich, flavorful broth perfectly complements the tender, melt-in-your-mouth offal. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and top-notch ingredients. A great place to experience authentic motsunabe with a delicious depth of flavor. Highly recommended!

  • My first time for motsunabe hotpot. This restaurant gave me an impressive and relaxing experience! The pot and all the tiny dishes are delicious. Even I am not a fan of innards, the beef offal here are very yummy, especially after it was cooked in the broth. (Tips for non-local: on the menu, it said that the set includes an extra plate of veggie and noodles / rice. The waiter will wait until you nearly clear 1st round and add them in for you. No hurry. ) It maybe a bit salty at the end as the soup evaporates. Pls consider to turn down the heat of the stove when you finish half of the dishes.
